3. The following workers must now receive “special education on occupational safety and health”

Any person who engages in operations relating to work using a full harness type (excluding work at a high place done with a rope) when it is difficult to provide a working floor, at a place having a height of 2 m or more.

② Method of wearing full harness of fall arrest equipment
③ Method of attaching lanyard of fall arrest equipment to mounting equipment, etc., and lanyard selection method
④ Methods of inspection and maintenance of fall arrest equipment
⑤ Methods of using equipment related to fall arrest equipment

2 hours
III. Knowledge about prevention of industrial accidents

① Measures to prevent industrial accidents due to falls
② Measures to prevent danger due to falling objects
③ Measures to prevent electric shock
④ Methods of use, maintenance, and inspection of safety helmets
⑤ Measures to be taken in the event of an accident
⑥ Other accidents associated with work and their prevention methods

IV. Related laws and regulations

① Relevant provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, Order for Enforcement of Industrial Safety and Health Act, and Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health

0.5 hours
V. Methods of using fall arrest equipment, etc.(Practical skills subject)

① Method of wearing full harness of fall arrest equipment
② Method of attaching lanyard of fall arrest equipment to mounting equipment, etc. ③ Measures to prevent industrial accidents due to falls
④ Methods of inspection and maintenance of fall arrest equipment

1.5 hours

※There are also rules for omitting some sections on the condition that a worker has experience using safety belts, or has received special education in areas such as assembly of scaffolding.
