3. The following workers must now receive “special education on occupational safety and health”
Any person who engages in operations relating to work using a full harness type (excluding work at a high place done with a rope) when it is difficult to provide a working floor, at a place having a height of 2 m or more.

※There are also rules for omitting some sections on the condition that a worker has experience using safety belts, or has received special education in areas such as assembly of scaffolding.
