3. The following workers must now receive “special education on occupational safety and health”

Any person who engages in operations relating to work using a full harness type (excluding work at a high place done with a rope) when it is difficult to provide a working floor, at a place having a height of 2 m or more.

Knowledge about prevention of industrial accidents	① Measures to prevent industrial accidents due to falls ② Measures to prevent danger due to falling objects ③ Measures to prevent electric shock ④ Methods of use, maintenance, and inspection of safety helmets ⑤ Measures to be taken in the event of an accident ⑥ Other accidents associated with work and their prevention methods	1 hour
