*(1) “Specific difficult cases, etc. ”
The following cases shall apply.
(1) When the sum of the clearances between the standards and both ends of floor material in the direction of beams is less than 24 cm:

*3 “Persons with sufficient knowledge and experience”
Other persons with sufficient knowledge and experience include those who have the qualifications required for “planning participants” for notification of scaffolding installation, etc. under Article 88 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, such as occupational safety consultants (those whose examination category is civil engineering or construction), those who have taken the “training for qualification as a temporary safety supervisor” provided by the Alliance Cooperation of Construction Equipment & Scaffolding for Safety, or the “practical scaffolding inspection training for construction managers, etc.” provided by the Japan Construction Occupational Safety and Health Association.
